ADMagic launched in 2020, in efforts to create direct access and diversify the makers in the creative industry; supported by Wieden&Kennedy and since its inception has accepted students from HBCU around the world from Hampton University, Lincoln University, North Carolina A&T, UMES, Spelman etc.

MEET THE FOUNDER,

CHARITY POURHABIB

Charity Pourhabib was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and is a graduate of Hampton University. After graduating, she worked at numerous agencies on accounts such as Kaiser Permanente, IHOP, Venmo, Beats, and Kissimmee Tourism. She joined Wieden+Kennedy Portland in 2019 is now a brand manager on the global Nike brand account.

In 2020, Charity founded the ADMagic program in partnership with Wieden&Kennedy. The inaugural class completed the three-month program in April 2021 leaving with an in-depth look at the industry through mentorship, panel sessions, resources, personal development, and a real client brief experience.

Outside of work, Charity loves to vacation and spend time with family. You might also find her trying out new restaurants or listening to live music.
